I would like to continue to serve as a Board member for MHAA after serving the past three years on the Board, the last two years as President. Collectively, we have made major improvements around the complex to enhance the experience for our players and families. I would like to continue my service to see through ongoing projects and to initiate new projects in an effort to further improve the function and aesthetics of the complex. I believe that I have demonstrated a strong level of commitment and follow through over the past three years and can say that I drove the process to receive the state grant funds and primarily oversaw the sports lighting project for the fields. I appreciate your consideration and if elected, I will do my best to continue to serve the association.

I would like to continue service on the Board of Directors for MHAA. Serving for the past three years as the Vice President - Athletic Director for the association as well as the Baseball Commissioner, we have made great progress in rejuvenating and strengthening our programs at MHAA. Serving on the BoD for the last 3 years, we have overseen many complex improvements, and we still have plans for many more to make the Mint Hill Sports Complex one of the Premier Youth Sports Associations in the area.

I would like to serve on the board because I would like to help add to the growth of the program. My family has been actively involved for the last 4 years as our children have grown to play. My wife and I have three kids registered with Mint Hill Athletics actively. I’ve coached in baseball, soccer, and basketball (this fall I’m coaching U8 Soccer, U7 Soccer, and the MP Challenge baseball team). I love committing my time by coaching the players that want to learn the love for sports. I am eager to get the opportunity to serve the program on a deeper level. Thank you!

As a resident of Mint Hill for the past 12 years and previously playing baseball for Mallard Creek Optimist and a Charlotte area resident my whole life I’ve been a part of and seen how these sports can be an integral part of raising the next generation of leaders through sports.

My family has been involved with MHAA in various sports for the past 7 years. We are currently involved with the softball organization and I have served on the softball board for the past 2 years. I want to see the organization continue to grow and would like to see more softball representation on the Board of Directors.

I'd love the opportunity to serve on the MHAA BOD. Our family has been pat of the MHAA community for years - my son started at MHAA for T-Ball and Soccer, and is currently playing 10u Baseball. My daughter played soccer here before moving into competitive dance. MHAA has played a meaningful role in our family's growth and values, and I'd like to contribute my time and experience to help ensure the same positive experience for other families.

I would love to give back to Mint Hill and our kids. Athletics has played a great part of my life and want it to be the best for the kids of Mint Hill.

MHAA played a big role in my life growing up playing softball and was the foundation for my softball career where I went on to play at UNCC. I would love to serve on the MHAA BoD as a way to give back and also pave the way for young players as I once was. I am excited to bring new ideas to MHAA BoD and work with others who are determined to make MHAA the best it can be.

I would be honored to serve on the MHAA Board of Directors because I am passionate about supporting the organization's mission and fostering meaningful community impact. With a background in finance and administration, I bring a strong understanding of budgeting, strategic planning, and operational efficiency. I believe in servant leadership and collaboration, and I’m committed to helping MHAA grow with integrity and purpose. Serving on the board would allow me to contribute my skills while continuing to learn and grow alongside others who share a heart for service.
