Here at MHAA NETSA our players and teams are introduced not only to a new soccer idea but a new Life idea as well. Below are our pillar foundations that must be instilled in all of our players.
1. Discipline - Our training no matter at what age requires the highest level of discipline. Discipline helps players with respect, commitment and passion for the game.
2. Hard Work - NETSA players are required to give all they have at every training session and game. Players are constantly under pressure to push the envelope to see their true potential.
3. Commitment - Our commitment is not only to soccer but to our team. There are no superstars here, everyone has the same goal and drive to be the best they can. The better each player gets, the more our team improves.
4. Parental Support - None of this is possible without the support of our parents. This is not about rides or being on time. Our parents must believe that this is holding their child to a higher standard, both on and off the field.
With these 4 pillars our goal is to help create an environment that not only teaches soccer, but life skills. Our players will know if they are disciplined, they will be able to learn. If they work hard, they can achieve what they want. When they are committed, nothing can slow them down.
